It reminds me of another book I just finished called, <a href="http://www.thefullbook.com/inside-book.html" rel="nofollow">Full: A Life Without Dieting</a> by Michael Snyder, M.D. What I liked about this one is that the doctor shows you how to lose weight without going on a diet. Instead he gives you tips on how to stay full longer, eat healthier, and make the right choices.
