Life Colors: What the Colors in Your Aura Reveal - by Pamala Oslie

Life Colors: What the Colors in Your Aura Reveal by Pamala Oslie is an in-depth look at all of the aura colors that we could have. If you want to find out which one(s) are your life colors, take the test and read the corresponding information about your top matches – you’ll be surprised by what you find out about yourself!

Book Description
A colorful array of energy emanates from all beings. Pamala Oslie offers a guide to these aura colors and how they correspond to the four main personality types. The subject of auras has been around for years, but it has seldom been explained in such an accessible, believable way.

There are four overall types of personalities: Physical (red, orange, magenta, yellow), Mental (tan, green), Emotional (blue, violet, lavender, crystal, indigo), and Combination (a combination of two of the colors). There are also 12 combination colors described in the book. Life Colors offers a questionnaire to determine your own color and tips to help readers assess the colors in others. Sections describe relationships with various color combinations and provide suggestions for relating to your children, spouse, friends, and coworkers based on their color.

Unlike astrology and many typing systems, this system allows for change. Our colors and auras evolve over time. With celebrity examples, and ways to cultivate new aura colors, this insightful guide can lead to greater self-understanding.” – Life Colors

My Thoughts
Life Colors is one of the best books I have had the pleasure of reading about auras. When I was much younger, I was able to see these faintly, but I didn’t know what they were – or that most people can’t just automatically see this too. As I got older and grew up, I stopped seeing them, but have remained fascinated with them. This book made me want to learn more about them, and try to see them again, too.

Pamala Oslie includes quizzes on each of the life colors that we can have (not labeled) so we can determine which one(s) we relate to more. I took the quizzes on the aura colors and found that I am a Violet/Crystal with Indigo. Most people have one or sometimes a combination of colors, but I had large numbers on each of those three. To be sure that this was right, I read about them all and quite honestly, they each sound a lot like me.

All of the life colors described are so interesting, and reading through each one I could pick out certain people I know as having each of these colors. The relationship section was also really helpful for people to see if their partner is a good match for them as far as their life colors go.

Overall, this is an excellent book about auras. If you have ever wanted to learn about them, figure out which life colors are in your aura, or learn how to see them, this is the book to read. I highly recommend it.
