Yoplait Light yogurt is one of my favorite snacks that is satisfying and also low in calories. My new favorite is the Red Velvet Cake one. I haven’t found a gluten-free recipe for my favorite cake (yet) so this is the closest option I’ve found – and it is absolutely yummy!Yoplait Light has a new Two Week Tune Up plan that could help you lose weight (about 5 lbs) in two weeks.
