Giveaway + Review: Grains of Goodness!

Thanks to MyBlogSpark and General Mills I was able to review some of their cereal and also host a giveaway for you!

I love cereal. It is the perfect breakfast food when you are in a rush and also makes a great low-calorie snack at night too. I admit it though; I am a bit of a kid when it comes to cereal. I still love Cinnamon Toast Crush, Lucky Charms, Trix, Fruity Cheerios, etc.

I decided to go with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Banana Nut Cheerios for my review of these Big G Cereals. Cinnamon Toast Crunch is now whole grain – can you believe it? It still tastes great though, so I have no complaints. The Banana Nut Cheerios also tastes quite good and makes me feel like a grown up just a little bit more. Both were very tasty and really hit the spot, both are something I’d buy again.

Did you know that studies have found that a diet rich in whole grain can be helpful in maintaining a healthy heart, managing weight and may also reduce the risk for diabetes and certain types of cancer?
