New Orleans Trip – Day 1

I’m in New Orleans, LA. It took us about 6 hours to get here, which isn’t that bad. The roads to get here reminded me a little bit of the trip to Key West, FL. Parts of where we are staying at around here in the French Quarter also remind me of there too.

Here are some pictures I took in the car on our journey to get to our hotel…

We walked around the French Quarter after we arrived and unpacked. While on Decatur St. we spotted Margaritaville which I wanted to go to one night while we were here, so we ate there for dinner. It was quite good. I may write up a review about there to share with you too.

I’ll be taking many pictures and some video too probably to share with all of you, so stay posted!
